  • How much is your daily rate?
    Room Only Monday to Friday = P2300 no extra fees Saturday and Sunday P2,500 no extra fees We offer a discount for longer stays. Please message us.
  • Is there a security deposit required?
    Yes. P1,500 deposit. We will issue a refund of the deposit via Paypal or Gcash for manual bookings. We will also require a copy of Passports or 2 government IDs. We will not approve the booking if there are any deficiencies or tampered IDs.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes. 2 - 6 nights = 5% 1 Week =10%
  • What are your payment method?
    We accept PayPal for website bookings. For manual bookings, you can pay through PayPal, GCash, or bank transfer. Please do not hesitate to contact us so we can assist you better.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in time: 3 PM Check-out time: 12 NOON Please check in with the security staff at the lobby upon arrival. Your door access code will be sent to you in a separate email.
  • Can we access the resort pool?
    Our accommodation is room-only and located within Tambuli Resort but is not part of the resort's amenities. You are free to explore the resort until 2 AM. To access the resort facilities (beach and pool) this requires a day-pass voucher. We can help you get the discounted voucher for P800 per person per day. Just let us know how many you need. Day-pass voucher user: Beach and pool access only. Fitness gym access is not included. For long-term stays of 25 days or more, we can provide complimentary access to the resort's amenities (pool, beach, and gym) for up to 3 adults and 3 children. Please note that children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, parking is available in front of the tower on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • What are the house rules I should be aware of?
    House Rules Check-in & Check-out: Please adhere to the designated check-in (3 PM) and check-out (12 Noon) times. Cooking dried fish is not allowed in the unit. Please avoid excessive smoke while cooking, as it may trigger the smoke alarm. A penalty may be charged by property management if this occurs. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed inside. We do allow visitors from 9 AM to 9 PM. They need to register with the security staff reception. No log-out time, we will ask for the Extra guest fee. No Pets Allowed: For cleanliness and hygiene purposes, pets are not permitted. No Smoking Indoors: Violations will result in penalties imposed by the property management, along with an additional cleaning fee. Smoking area at Tower D. Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels minimal, especially during nighttime. Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of trash properly and keep the unit tidy. Return Provided Items: Reusable slippers, kitchenware, and other amenities must remain in the unit. Report Damages: Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately. No Drilling or Hammering: Modifications to the unit, such as drilling or hammering, are not allowed. This requires special permission from the Property Management Office. Proper Waste Disposal: Please dispose of trash to prevent odors and insect infestations. No hanging of clothes on balcony railings. Please use the provided clothes rack.   • Are extra guests allowed?
    Extra Guest Fee: P600. Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed in the room. Security personnel will verify your identification upon check-in.
  • I want to view the room before booking.
    We have added enough pictures and a virtual tour. We don't allow room viewing for security purposes. You may also check out the About Us page for more details. This is to stay away from other property agents that are not affiliated with us bringing people that are not registered. We will only prepare the room when the booking is confirmed.
  • Do you provide toiletries and slippers?
    Yes, we provide basic toiletries like shampoo, soap, and shower gel. For your comfort, we offer sanitized reusable slippers, which we kindly ask you to leave behind upon checkout. We also provide towels and clean linens for your stay, with extra towels and linens already available in the room. Please note that additional requests for towels or linens beyond the usual provision may incur a fee.
  • Is there a WIFI in the room?
    Yes. Wifi - 300mbps. Password can be found in the room.
  • Do you offer airport pickup or transportation services?
    We currently do not offer this service.
  • Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking?
    Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. It includes essential cookware, utensils, a stovetop, a refrigerator, and other basic kitchen necessities to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Note: Please refrain from cooking dried fish (buwad/bulad) inside the unit, as the pungent odor is difficult to eliminate.
  • Is it ok to cook fish in the unit?
    Yes. Please make sure that the range hood is turned on. However, we discourage cooking dried fish as the scent will linger and will require extra time to eliminate such odor.
  • Are pets allowed in the unit?
    Pets are not allowed anywhere in Tambuli compound.
  • Are there extra blankets and pillows available?
    Yes, we provide extra blankets and pillows.
  • What should I do in case of an emergency or power outage?
    In case of a power outage, the building's generator will activate within a few minutes to restore electricity. For emergency situations: If the emergency involves fire or any other dangerous situation, please evacuate the building immediately and call for help. Security staff is available 24/7 at the lobby. For issues such as a malfunctioning air conditioner, internet connectivity problems, lack of water, or water leaks, please dial "60" using the room telephone to reach the maintenance team for assistance.
  • Is there a washing machine and dryer available for use?
    We provide a top-load washer/dryer. Please note that clothes may be damp after the cycle and will need to be air-dried.
  • Can I extend my stay if needed?
    Yes, you may be able to extend your stay, depending on availability. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to check if your desired dates are open, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Where can we throw our trash?
    Garbage Area is located near the Service Elevator in front of room 21L.
  • Is there a technician I can contact for assistance?
    Tambuli Technicians are on a 24-Hour operation. Please dial "60" using the room telephone.
  • What are the Emergency Numbers?

  • What are your payment method?
    We accept Paypal, GCash, and Bank transfers.
  • Is it okay to grill on the balcony?
    Grilling on the balcony isn’t allowed for safety reasons.
  • Is there a pool available for use during our stay?
    Yes, we can recommend the Tambuli Resort pools. There is a residential lap and kiddie pool. Kindly coordinate this with us in advance.
  • Do you offer discounts for the Tambuli Resort day pass?
    We may have discounted day-pass vouchers priced at P800. A reservation is required as this day pass is limited. We can help you get these passes so long as you book with us.
  • When will my deposit be refunded?
    We’ll begin processing your deposit refund after the final check-out inspection. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. If there are any issues, such as broken or lost items, or extra cleaning needed due to smoking or cooking dried fish inside the room, the corresponding costs will be deducted from the deposit. Thank you for your understanding!
  • How many adults and kids can stay in the room?
    The room can accommodate up to 5 persons, including kids. The beds in the room are 1 Queen bed with a Queen size pull-out and a super single sofa bed.
  • Smoking Area
    Smoking and Vaping in the building is prohibited. The designated smoking/vaping area is at Tower D. Kindly ask the lobby staff for assistance.
  • Lost & Found Items
    We are not liable for any lost items during your stay. Personal belongings left behind will be kept for up to 7 days. Guests are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping. Your privacy is our priority! We will not enter the unit during your stay unless it's necessary for security or emergency reasons. If we ever need to enter the unit, we’ll always inform you in advance.
  • Transportation
    Getting around is easy with taxis, ride-hailing apps like Grab, or local jeepneys for a budget-friendly option. We recommend booking a ride through the Grab app for convenience. Local "Traysikol" are available just outside the Tambuli gate, providing convenient transport to the main road.
  • Can we go inside the Tambuli Resort?
    Yes. You’re welcome to explore Tambuli Resort, enjoy the scenery, ambiance, and dine at the restaurants. Access is allowed until 2 AM.
  • Garbage Disposal
    Garbage Room is located near the service elevator in front of room F21L. Kindly follow the trash segregation (Malata-Biodegradable, Di-malata - Non-Biodegradable and Recyclables).
  • Is there a laundry machine in the room?
    Yes. It's a top load washing machine. Brand: Whirlpool, 6.5 kg.
  • Do we need to pay for the WIFI?
    No. It's free.
  • Do I need to pay for the water and electricity fees?
    No. It's included in the rate. For longer stays e.g. 30 days, we provide one flat rate. No extra fess. No need to overthink.
  • What can we watch from tv?
    We have android TV. You can watch Netflix and Youtube for free. You need an account to watch Amazon prime and Disney.
  • Is there a gym?
    Yes. It's part of Tambuli Resort amenities. However, we can only give free gym access for long stays. For day-pass vouchers, use of gym is not included.
