Terms and Conditions – TDJ Rentals (Tambuli Studio Room)
Welcome to TDJ Rentals!
By booking and staying at our Tambuli Studio Room, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation and Payment

A ₱1,500/night security deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit covers any damages or incidentals and will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours after checkout, less any deductions for damages.

Payment can be made through PayPal, bank transfer, or GCash.

Full payment must be settled before check-in.
2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 3PM
-
Check-out time: 12 NOON
-
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Policy
-
Maximum occupancy: 5 guests (including children).
-
Only registered guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay in the unit.

Extra guests are not permitted without prior approval. Additional charges may apply if extra guests are found staying in the unit.

Security staff will check each guest before granting access to the room.

The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
4. House Rules
-
No smoking is allowed inside the unit or anywhere within the building. A cleaning fee of ₱5,000 will be charged if smoking is detected. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

No pets allowed in the unit.
-
Please keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

Grilling on the balcony is not allowed for safety reasons.

Please dispose of trash properly and keep the unit clean.

Reusable slippers and other amenities must remain in the unit. Any missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
5. Use of Resort Amenities

The unit is located within Tambuli Resort but does not include access to resort amenities.
-
Access to the beach, pool, and gym requires a day pass, which can be purchased under the Extras section during booking.

A 10% discount is available when purchasing day passes through us.
6. Liability and Damages
-
Any damage to the unit, furniture, or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.

If the damage exceeds the deposit, the guest is responsible for covering the full cost of repairs or replacement.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. TDJ Rentals is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay.

Guests are advised to secure their valuables and lock the unit when leaving.
7. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
-
Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in is non-refundable.
-
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
8. Maintenance and Repairs
-
In case of any issues with appliances, WiFi, or other amenities, please contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
-
Compensation will not be provided for minor inconveniences or temporary service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., WiFi downtime, power and water interruptions).
9. Emergency Procedures

In case of a power outage, the building’s generator will activate within a few minutes.
-
Emergency contact numbers are provided in the unit.
-
In case of a fire or any dangerous situation, evacuate immediately and contact building security or emergency services.
10. Force Majeure

TDJ Rentals is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes)

Power outages
-
Government-mandated restrictions
-
Acts of terrorism or civil unrest

Acknowledgment
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Violation of any of these terms may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
